My first task at StrongMind was to help develop the visual language of instructional content for Planet Math, a ground-breaking digital teaching module developed entirely in-house. As part of the process, I would meet directly with an instructional designer who would teach me a math concept on a white board, which I would record and later turn into a creative storyboard. This would then be used to develop a script for VO, as well as graphics and illustrations, which I would send to one of our in-house motion designers for the animation of the complete video. We quickly realized that comprehensive visual guidelines were imperative to keep track of the many intricate details of mathematics while maintaining high-level consistency. © 2023 StrongMind
